You own everything. We ask for a key, never the deed.
Every owner has heard the story — or lived it: the web guy who registered the domain in his own name, held the website hostage, disappeared with the passwords. Here is, in writing, why that cannot happen with us.
Your accounts stay yours
Your website, your domain, your Google listing, your booking tools — all registered to YOU, on your billing, under your control. We never take ownership of anything, and we never ask for a password when a platform lets you add us properly.
We ask for the minimum key, per job
Every proposal lists exactly which access the project needs — no more. Rebuilding your website doesn't need your Facebook. An SEO project doesn't need your booking tool. You grant each key through your own account's 'add user' feature, which means you can also revoke it, instantly, anytime.
Your business data never sits with us
Your customer list, your sales, your bookings — they live in systems you own. We connect to do the work, then disconnect. Working files from your project are deleted from our systems 60 days after the engagement closes; final deliverables are handed into storage you own.
When work ends, every key comes back — on paper
Within 10 business days of a project ending, we remove our own access to everything, item by item, and you receive the completed checklist: every key, returned, dated. It's a contractual obligation, not a courtesy.
The one exception: keys you PAY us to keep
If you choose a monthly Care Plan, we keep exactly the access needed to maintain what we built — typically a seat on the site's hosting — and the plan agreement lists those keys in writing. Cancel the plan, and those come back too, same checklist.

We'll take a real look at your business — how customers find you, where they leak away, what your tools are and aren't doing — and hand you the findings in plain English. Free, and the findings are yours either way.
