What we collect.When you contact us, use the website checkup, or become a client: your name, business name, contact details, what you tell us about your business, and (for the checkup) your website address and the analysis results. Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics that don’t track you across the internet.
Why.To respond to you, do the work you ask for, and run our business. That’s it.
What we never do.Sell your information. Share it with anyone except the services that operate our systems (hosting, email — under their own confidentiality obligations). Copy your business’s customer data into our systems — client business data stays in accounts the client owns (see our access policy on the FAQ page).
Client files. Working files from projects are deleted 60 days after an engagement closes. Final deliverables are handed to accounts you own.
Your choices. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email usand it’s done within 10 business days, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires keeping it.
