The whole process, prices included
If you’ve been burned by a “website guy” or an agency before, everything on this page is written for you.
1 · The free look
We research your business the way a customer experiences it: searching your trade in your area, visiting your site on a phone, reading your reviews, seeing what happens when a call goes unanswered. Then we hand you a one-page summary of the two or three things costing you the most — each one tied to money, not technology. It’s free when we’ve reached out to you. If you’re coming to us, a full evaluation is $395, and every dollar of it comes off the price if you go ahead with a build within 60 days.
2 · You see the fix before you spend a dollar
For the problems worth fixing, we show you what the solution actually looks like for your business — your name, your services, your customers’ path through it. The price is fixed and stated before you decide. There’s always a “do-nothing” option in our proposals, and we’ll tell you honestly if that’s the right call.
3 · The build
- · Fixed price. Half up front, half at handover (larger projects: 40/40/20 with a working preview in the middle).
- · A plain-English update every week: what got done, what’s next, anything we need from you.
- · Anything outside the agreed scope is priced in writing before we build it. No surprise invoices, ever.
- · At handover, we train you until you can drive it — and you own it.
4 · We stay accountable
Thirty days after handover we review the numbers with you — calls, leads, reviews, hours saved — against where you started. If you want us to keep it working and improving, care plans are simple and month-to-month:
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. If you ever leave, you keep everything — your site, your data, your accounts. We put that in the contract, because holding customers hostage is how this industry got its reputation.
Project pricing
Your exact quote is fixed in the proposal, inside these ranges, based on what your business actually needs — details of each here.
What we won’t sell you
- · A website for a business we haven’t taken the time to understand.
- · Hourly billing, or “support” with no defined scope.
- · SEO packages or ad management — not our trade; we’ll point you to people who do it well.
- · A replacement for tools that are already working for you. If your Jobber or Housecall Pro is doing its job, we make it work harder, not sell you something new.
- · Anything we can’t tie to a result you can count.
